Catalogue

Six categories. One opinionated bar.

Every Aquip Tool starts from a real client problem and ships only after it earns its place in our delivery toolbox. No bloated SaaS surface, no demoware.

Featured

Aquip Zoom Doughnut for Power BI.

Our first public Power BI custom visual. A KPI doughnut that lets users zoom into a slice for the breakdown beneath it, with consistent capital-project formatting and properly considered interactivity.

01

Drill, not drown

Click a slice to zoom into its sub-categories. Click again to keep going. Built for scope rollups, certificate status, punch-list completion, and other capital-project KPIs that need depth, not just a pretty chart.

02

Sensible defaults

Sized and styled to drop into existing Aquip and client report templates. Accessible colours, readable on projector and laptop, no neon.

03

Status: AppSource preparation

The visual is shipping in client reports today. AppSource listing is being prepared so it can be installed straight from Power BI. Want early access? Email us.

AI ops

Persona-bound assistants that actually run the rota.

Aquip's internal AI ops assistants are productised here for small teams. Each one lives under a named persona, has a clear job, and ships with auditable Microsoft Graph permissions instead of a black-box agent runtime.

Inbox triage

Reads the mailbox, classifies by sender and topic, drafts replies in the right register, and flags only what the human actually has to decide.

Meeting + calendar

Joins meetings via live transcription, summarises decisions, files action items, and books follow-ups against everyone's free/busy.

Status capture

Pings the right person at the right time in Teams, captures their answer, and rolls it into the daily report your operator already reads.

Voice channel

Optional voice persona on Teams calling for hands-free status, reminders, and meeting recaps. Same persona, same audit trail.

Report doctor

The Aquip Report Doctor for Power BI.

A static analyser for .pbix files and Tabular Editor models that finds the problems your users would have raised tomorrow. Built from the checks we run on every report Aquip ships, plus the ones we wish we had run before.

01

Model checks

Broken or circular measures, unused columns and tables, missing relationships, DAX that quietly returns blanks, formats that drift between visuals. Each finding cites the object so a developer can jump straight to it.

02

Performance checks

Visuals that scan more rows than they should, slicers wired to columns with millions of cardinalities, calculated columns that should be measures, refresh steps that grow superlinearly. Ranked by how much they hurt the user.

03

Governance + lifecycle

Workspace-wide rollups: refresh health, dataset lineage, capacity load, and access drift. Runs on a schedule, posts a daily report to Teams, and tells you which reports are the next ones to need attention.

About Aquip Tools

By Aquip. Made because we needed them.

Aquip is a custom-solutions development company building software for industrial, engineering, and capital-project owners. Aquip Tools is the catalogue of utilities, visuals, and assistants we built for ourselves and our clients, made available to teams who need the same thing.

Each tool lists clearly: what it does, who it is for, where it is in its lifecycle, and how to get it. Nothing here is vapour. If a tool is "coming soon" or "AppSource preparation", that is what it actually is.

Aquip Tools is the catalogue. If a tool fits, we will get you set up. If it almost fits, we will tell you what we would change. If you have a job that needs a sharper tool, we will build it.
